The following conditions are applicable to all bookings made in the accommodation managed by ALOHAMUNDI S.L., regardless of the platform through which they are formalized.

• Unless expressly agreed between the parties, any reservation made in the accommodations managed by ALOHAMUNDI S.L. will be considered as a tourist accommodation reservation, and this use cannot be varied, and therefore the Urban Leases Law does not apply by virtue of the provisions of article 5.e thereof.
• On the day of check-in, check-in shall be from 14:00, and on the day of check-out, check-out shall be until 11:00, unless expressly authorized by the company.
• No person who is not registered as a guest will be allowed access to the accommodation.
• All our accommodations provide linen, towels, and basic amenities such as gel and shampoo.
• Guests are obliged to comply with the rules of coexistence and respect the rest hours, which are between 23:00 and 10:00.
• Celebrations, parties, events, as well as the development in the lodgings of noxious, annoying or dangerous activities are strictly forbidden.
• Unless expressly authorized, pets are not allowed in the apartments.
• Smoking is not allowed in any of the accommodations managed by ALOHAMUNDI S.L., except those that have specially enabled outdoor areas for it.
• Failure to comply with any of the above rules, and especially the prohibition to hold parties or carry out disturbing activities, will result in immediate expulsion from the property without the right to reimbursement of the amount of the nights not enjoyed, without prejudice to the actions that may be legally exercised.
• The unjustified delay in the delivery of the property by the guest will accrue a penalty of 500 € for each day of delay.

– ALOHAMUNDI S.L., as well as the owners of the properties managed by the company, reserve the right to exercise the corresponding legal actions in case the guest fails to comply with any of the rules of the house, or in the event that they cause any damage, breakage or loss in elements of the accommodation.
